Industrial/Research Space Available in Canton

Singh Executive Park’s prime location in the fast-growing suburb of Canton offers convenience and visibility, with two entrances on the heavily traveled Michigan Avenue, just one mile east of I-275. Singh Executive Park is currently zoned light industrial research (LIR), with commercial and restaurant zoning possible. The Park consists of three existing buildings with 22-24 foot ceilings and additional land to build to suit. In Fall of 2013, we began construction on a 52,000 sq. ft. industrial building and are underway with plans and permits for an additional 31,600 sq. ft. building fronting Michigan Avenue.
